Refund Policy

Returns and Exchanges:

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

  1. There is a manufacturing defect.
  2. You received the wrong items.
  3. Product was heavily damaged during transit.
  4. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we only provide replacements, not refunds.

Before Filing a Complaint:

  • Make sure you have a clear unboxing video that shows the unbroken seal.
  • Notify us of any defects, damages, or incorrect items within 2 Days of delivery by emailing us at support@dealyahahai.com or WhatsApp at +91- 9266523469
  • If you don't report the issue within 48 hours, we won’t be able to offer a refund or replacement.

Refunds and Cancellations for Services:

  • Since we are a service provider, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once payment is made.
  • If there is damage or an issue that cannot be resolved with a replacement, we will process a refund within 5-7 working days.

Order Cancellation:

  • Customers can CANCEL order only before the Order has been shipped/Dispatched.After the Product/s have been shipped, The Customer CANNOT Cancel the Orders.

Shipping & Delivery:

  • We ship to pan India using our logistics partner, Amazon, Blue Dart Express, Delhivery, Shadowfax, Ekart and more located at KG-1, Vihaan Galaxy, Haldoni Mod, Ecotech III, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh - 201306.
  • Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours, except on Sundays and national holidays.
  • Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days after shipping. In some areas, delivery may take 1-2 weeks depending on location.
  • Unforeseen delays may occur due to logistics challenges beyond our control. We ask for your patience in such cases.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders if delivery is significantly delayed or if the shipment is untraceable. In such cases, a refund will be issued.
